Request a Journey support account

Web Portal


A quick way to request an account is to click the 'Submit a Ticket' Button in the top right of the support portal. The additional info is not required and can be updated in your profile settings once your account is activated.

Email


Requesting a Journey support account through an email to support@journey.freshdesk.com is another way.
